Braised Crucian Fish Soup with Bamboo Cane and Horseshoe

1. After washing the crucian carp, add ginger and fry it golden on both sides. (When frying the fish, you must heat up the pan and add oil to it, so it won’t be scattered)

2. Process the bamboo cane, horseshoe, and carrots and put them in a casserole.

3. Put the lean meat and fish in.

4. Add boiling water, cook on low heat for 30 minutes, add seasonings when drinking. (I added goji berries when I was about to get out of the pot, but I can actually add them at the beginning, but I personally don’t like to cook them too badly, so I add them later.)
