Braised Dried Fish

Prepare the ingredients for later use.

Preheat the oil in the pan, add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the dried fish and stir fry.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine.

Pour in two spoons of light soy sauce.

Pour in a spoonful of balsamic vinegar.

Add the dried red pepper, bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
