Braised Duck Gizzard

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt on the duck gizzards, knead thoroughly, and rinse with water.

Prepare the marinade, slice ginger, and cut green onion into sections.

Put the duck gizzards, marinated ingredients, appropriate amount of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, cooking wine in the pot and cook for about 1 hour.

Just remove and slice, or you can add some seasonings according to personal taste and mix well before eating.
