Braised Duck Leg with Broccoli and Boiled Potatoes

Ingredients: cured duck legs (washed), potatoes (washed, peeled and cut open), broccoli (broken into small flowers and washed).

Place the cured duck legs on the chopping board and chop them into pieces.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the cut potatoes and the chopped cured duck legs and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil for 10 minutes.

Then, add the broccoli, stir and boil for 3 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Season to mix and serve.
