I bought two plump duck legs in the supermarket. I originally planned to roast them, but the diners suggested that they were braised in brown sauce. I am worried that the duck legs will be fishy if they are not done well. During the cooking process of braised duck legs, the fragrant smell disappeared. When you eat it, it's really delicious.

3. Boil the water in the pot and remove the water to drain

4. Cut the green onion and ginger, prepare the aniseed

5. Start the frying pan with brown sugar into the pan and fry the sugar color

6. Duck leg stir-fry

7. Add green onion, ginger, aniseed

8. Add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and boil, bring to a boil on high heat, change to low heat and cook slowly, and stir fry in due course

9. Cook until the duck legs are 9 minutes cooked, add salt and stir-fry evenly. Close the fire when the ingredients are cooked after the sauce is cooked, serve and enjoy
