Braised Duck Side Legs

Wash the duck leg and cut into pieces.

Blanch it in boiling water to remove impurities and blood.

Add vegetable oil to the oil pan to heat, add San Shao sugar to melt, add duck meat and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the duck is sugar-colored.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic and continue to fry.

Tips:
The time for super duck meat must be longer, and the surface of the fried duck meat must be golden.
To stew duck meat, use warm water.
