Braised Duck Tongue
1.
Wash the duck tongue. Put three tablespoons of salt to marinate for 1 and a half hours. If you don't like salty, you can marinate for 1 hour.
2.
Put an appropriate amount of water in a small pot, add 1 tablespoon and a half of salt, add all the bay leaves and star anise, and bring to a boil.
3.
After the water is boiled, pour the marinated duck tongue into the water that has just been boiled (no need to wash it). Try to soak the duck tongue in the water. Pour a capped cooking wine. Open the lid and wait for it to boil again. (It doesn't matter if the fire is small or medium)
4.
Turn the duck tongue over as soon as the water is boiling, and turn off the heat after simmering for three minutes. Just remove the duck tongue and serve it on the plate!
