Braised Duck with Capers

Remove the internal organs of the duck, clean it, cut into small pieces for later use, and slice ginger for later use.

Capers are ready for use.

Boil in a frying pan until it matures, pour in corn oil, pour in duck and stir-fry until there is no moisture.

Add tamarind beans and stir-fry, then pour in beer and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Garnish with chives.
