Braised Duck with Winter Melon

Ingredients: Clean the duck and chop it into pieces.

Heat the pot and add oil ginger, then add Zhu Hou sauce until fragrant.

Then pour the duck meat and stir-fry evenly, and continue to fry until the water is dry.

Then add in the cooking wine and stir fry the fragrance.

Then add an appropriate amount of water and salt, bring to a boil, cover and simmer.

Peel the winter melon and cut into large pieces for later use.

After the duck has been simmered for more than ten minutes, add winter melon and continue to simmer with the lid on.

Tips:
Duck meat is cleaned and chopped to maintain the umami taste of duck meat.
