Hakka Sour Plum Duck

1. The duck meat I bought was neat.

2. Cut pieces.

3. Cut the potatoes into pieces and fry them in a frying pan. Cut celery into pieces and set aside.

4. Heat the pan with a little oil, and fry the duck with the skin facing down.

5. Turn it over and fry again.

6. Add light soy sauce, sugar, sour plum, water, cover the pot and simmer.

7. When the duck is soft and waxy, add potatoes, chicken essence, salt, and pepper to taste, and simmer for 5 minutes.

8. Add celery and cook for 2 minutes, thicken the celery, drizzle with sesame oil, and bring out.
