Braised Eggplant

Prepare 3 eggplants as the main ingredient.

Wash the eggplant and cut into strips.

Add about 4 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pot to heat, and fry the eggplant until soft.

Put the fried eggplant on the plate first.

Add the minced garlic to the bottom oil in the pan and saute.

Add another spoonful of broad bean paste and stir fry evenly.

Finally add the eggplant and stir-fry evenly to remove from heat. (If the broad bean paste is not salty enough, you can add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry together)
