Braised Escargot Stuffed with Meat

Prepare escargot, meat, green onions, ginger, water-fat mushrooms, garlic, star anise, cinnamon

Rinse the snails with water

Tips:
1. When buying escargots, don't pick the ones that break the shell.
2. Keep water for three to four days, and change the water every day.
