Braised Fan Bones with Yam and Peanut
1.
1. Soak the fan bones in water (remember to change the water frequently)
2.
2. Peel the yam, wash and cut into sections.
3.
3. Wash peanuts, red dates and wolfberry.
4.
4. Put all the ingredients into the stew pot, add appropriate amount of water to submerge the ingredients (my stew pot is small, so use a basin)
5.
5. Add a little salt.
6.
6. Add a little vinegar.
7.
7. Add a little pepper.
8.
8. Put it in a pressure cooker and bring it to a simmer for two hours. Just add a little salt to the pot
Tips:
Add a small amount of salt when making the soup: adding salt to the soup, in addition to seasoning, also affects the solubility of the protein. Adding a small amount of salt while putting the raw materials in the cold water pot can make the salt-soluble protein in the raw materials fully dissolve in the water, increasing the concentration and nutritional value of the soup. But the amount of added salt must be mastered.
