Braised Fish

Wash the fish, cut into sections, and put in the cooking wine.

Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili, and set aside.

When the oil is boiled, add the chopped supporting characters and fry them to create a fragrance.

When the ingredients are fragrant, add the cut fish and fry it.

When the fish is fried, add the dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

After the fish is evenly colored, add a small amount of water, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and simmer for five or six minutes.

After the fish is simmered, put it on a plate and enjoy it.
Tips:
I put a lot of water, because the mullet is very cooked, so I put a small amount of water on it.
