Braised Fish

One tilapia is cleaned, and the fish is covered with cooking wine and pepper for 15 minutes.

Slice ginger, diced garlic, and a spoonful of bean paste.

The tilapia is marinated, and a layer of dry starch is sprinkled on both sides of the fish.

Fry in a pan over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Put the fried fish out and set aside.

Tips:
1. After the fish is cleaned, it is best to add some ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes. The marinating process can play a role in removing fishy.
2. It is best to use medium and low heat when the fish is fried in the pot, so as to ensure that the meat on the fish is sufficiently cooked.
