Braised Fish

The fish is cleaned and marinated with a little cooking wine, salt and ginger.

Pour and fry into the pan until golden brown on both sides, serve and set aside.

Stir-fry the garlic chili and add water to boil.

Add the fish and cook for a good taste.

Add a little salt and sugar to taste.
