Braised Fish Belly in Black Bean Sauce

Wash the purchased fish belly and cut into pieces.

Wash the fungus with soaking hair. Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, and slice garlic for later use.

Add base oil to the pot, stir-fry the ingredients, pepper, cinnamon and two cloves until fragrant.

Add tempeh and continue to fry until fragrant.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add fish belly and stir fry.

Add cooking wine, vinegar, light soy sauce, and soy sauce to the pot.

Put the soaked fungus into the pot.

Add boiled water and simmer for 15 minutes, until the sauce is collected over high heat.
Tips:
Because the tempeh itself has a salty taste, add less salt to avoid too salty.
