Braised Fish Head in Sauce

Ingredients: fish head, golden sauce, green onion, ginger and garlic, dried chili.

Marinate the washed fish heads with cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Then rinse it out and set aside.

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili.

Heat the fish in a wok, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and dried chili to fry until fragrant.

Put in spare fish heads.

Tips:
1. You can choose the sauce you like.
2. The gills and teeth of the fish head must be removed to remove the fishy smell.
3. Put the golden sauce, and use a small amount of salt.
