Fish head roasted noodle skin is my favorite. The noodle skin absorbs the fish's broth, and it is chewy and delicious.

Braised Fish Head Noodles

1. Ingredients, wash fish head

2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the flour and blanch water

3. Heat the frying pan, add the fish heads and fry them, and fry them on both sides.

4. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar

5. Add green onion and ginger

6. Then add water and cook on high heat

7. Boil until 1/3 of the soup is left, add the noodles

8. Cook for 5 minutes or so, then out of the pot

Tips:

The fish head needs to be fried thoroughly so that it won’t have a fishy smell
