Braised Fish Head with Garlic Miao

Prepare taro, ginger, garlic sprouts

Boil the oil in a hot pan and fry the fish head with ginger

Fry until golden on both sides

Then add appropriate amount of water, salt, sugar, soy sauce and simmer

Add garlic sprouts after braising

Finally add oyster sauce

Tips:
When frying the fish, don’t move it, you have to fry it until it is golden, otherwise it will break easily and the fish head will be incomplete.
