My friend gave a big fish. I couldn't make it at one time. I divided the fish into three sections. This time I made the middle section. The fish pieces cooked were tender and very delicious.

Braised Fish Pieces

1. Descale and clean the fish.

2. Cut into pieces.

3. Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

4. Wash and chop coriander.

5. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

6. Add fish pieces and fry on low heat.

7. Turn it over and fry it.

8. Add appropriate amount of water.

9. Add the very fresh soy sauce.

10. Add the braised sauce.

11. Add cooking wine.

12. Add appropriate amount of salt and simmer on medium high heat, cook until the soup is thick, turn off the heat, add chicken essence, mix well, and sprinkle with chopped coriander.

Tips:

When cleaning the fish, be sure to clean the black film on both sides of the fish belly and the fish serum on the fish bones, otherwise the fish will have a bitter taste.
