I bought a fish and made two ways to eat it. This is one of them

Braised Fish Pieces

1. A fish is divided into two halves

2. Diced

3. Pickled with cooking wine, eggs, salt, light soy sauce, starch

4. The 9 layers of oil in the pot are hot fried and picked up. Time is not related to the picture of fried fish.

5. Mix a bowl of juice with accessories

6. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic in a hot pan with cold oil

7. Pour in the mixed ingredients

8. Bring to the boil and add the fried fish pieces

9. Collect the juice and pick up
