Braised Fish Pieces

Prepare fish cubes, green onion and ginger

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into shreds for later use, and appropriate carrot slices

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add the fish pieces and fry them to make golden brown on both sides

Pour vinegar, cooking wine, salt

Add soy sauce and stir fry for a while

Add half a bowl of water to boil, simmer for about 20 minutes, add carrot slices

Finally, add green onions and simmer for a while, then it will be out of the pot
Tips:
Adding cooking wine when the fish is fried can remove the fishy smell
