Braised Fish Pieces

The cleaned fish pieces.

Cut the fish into small pieces, add cooking wine, salt, and ginger to marinate for 30 minutes.

Prepare ginger, garlic, green onions, and red peppers.

Mix appropriate amount of sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, starch, and water to form a sauce.

The marinated fish pieces are coated with a layer of dry starch.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the fish pieces and fry them on low heat

Flip and fry

Add ginger, garlic, red pepper, and stir until fragrant
9.
Add a small amount of water and cook for 5 minutes, then pour in the sauce, cover and cook.

When the water is almost boiling dry, add the chopped green onion.
11.
Take out the pan and serve.
