Braised Fish with Pork Belly

The cured fish is soaked in warm water, washed, drained, and steamed.

When steaming rice, steaming can kill two birds with one stone.

The pork belly is fried out of oil.

Fry the steamed preserved fish to golden brown on both sides.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, add water and simmer until the soup is dry.
