Braised Fish with Sauce

A carp, I use about 500 grams, clean it, and a knife

The sauce is fragrant, turn the fish and fry it with sauce

Add water, water and fish body level, add ginger garlic and pepper, cooking wine, after everyone boil, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes

Add the cabbage after 10 minutes, don’t turn it, cover and stew

Coriander and shallots ready

After simmering for about 10 minutes, the soup will dry up

Just add chopped green onion and coriander
Tips:
Don't cut the cabbage, but tear it into large strips by hand.
The last green onion and coriander can be more delicious.
