Braised Fish with Sour Bamboo Shoots

Heat the wok, add oil, and fry the fish until golden on both sides (any fish can be used for this dish)

Fry the fish and rush to the side of the pot, put a spoonful of red bean paste on the other side of the pot and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

Tips:
The bean paste is very salty. I don’t need to add salt. You have to taste it yourself to see if you need to add it.
