Braised Fish with Sour Bamboo Shoots

1. Heat the wok, add oil, and fry the fish until golden on both sides (any fish can be used for this dish)

2. Fry the fish and rush to the side of the pot, put a spoonful of red bean paste on the other side of the pot and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

3. Add sour bamboo shoots and stir fry evenly

4. Add about a bowl of water to cover the body of the fish. Put in MSG and cover and simmer for 5 minutes. If your fish is larger, simmer for a while. Adjust the time appropriately depending on the situation.

5. Finished product

Tips:

The bean paste is very salty. I don’t need to add salt. You have to taste it yourself to see if you need to add it.
