Braised Fish with Vinegar

The head and the internal organs of the fish are removed, and they are washed repeatedly. Add chopped green onion, ginger, cooking wine, and salt, pat and marinate for 1 hour.

Scallion ginger garlic slices.

Take a small bowl, add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and add a little water.
