Braised Flat Fish

1. The clean flat fish is marinated for a while with an appropriate amount of salt.

2. Heat the oil and add the flat fish.

3. Fried golden brown on both sides.

4. Add green onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, a small amount of vinegar and sugar, and season to taste. Add a small amount of water and simmer for a few minutes to get out of the pot.

5. Sprinkle some chopped coriander after serving.
