Braised Grass Carp Cubes

Prepare the ingredients

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the rapeseed oil

Add the fish cubes and fry on low heat

Shovel aside gently, add the garlic cubes, and fry the ginger until fragrant

Pour in pure water, cover the pot and cook on high heat for two minutes

Lift the pot with the left hand, turn the fish cubes upside down (do not use a spatula, the fish will loose), add the red hot pepper, add salt and cook until the salt is dissolved and the red pepper is soft

Pour in the old mushroom soy sauce, turn the pot again to let the dishes melt together, and the dishes can be served after the dishes are evenly colored

Put a little chopped green onion (you can leave it alone).
