Braised Green Beans with Yam

Wash the ingredients and peel the yam for later use.

Cut the yam into moderately thin slices.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the peas and stir-fry until they become flat.

Add yam pills and stir fry for a while.

Add a bowl of water to a high heat and boil on low heat and simmer until the yam is soft. Add salt and simmer until the water is just a little bit left.
Tips:
1. The purpose of this dish is to restore the original flavor of the food. There are very few seasonings. If you have a heavy taste, you can add other seasonings yourself;
2. The beans must be fried until they are collapsed and then simmered with water, otherwise they will easily turn yellow and the water should not be added too much, just a small bowl.
