Braised Ham with Winter Melon

Peel the winter melon, cut it in half and then cut into pieces.

Steam softly on the steamer.

Sprinkle dry starch on the steamed winter melon strips and spread them evenly (the starch is used to lock the water in the winter melon).

Burn oil in a pot.

Put it in the pan for frying.
