Braised Herring

Wash two herrings, remove their heads and viscera

Washed herring cut into sections

Chopped green onion, ginger and garlic

Put the onion, ginger and garlic under the hot oil in the pot to burst out the fragrance

Add the herring and stir fry slowly, add light soy sauce cooking wine, rock sugar, and dark soy sauce vinegar after the color changes and stir evenly

Collect the juice slowly and leave a little bit of soup. The fish will be cooked. Sprinkle some cilantro on top of the pan. I don’t have cilantro in my house.
