Braised Herring Cubes
1.
The herring is cleaned and cut into pieces.
2.
Add pepper, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, white wine, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
3.
Wash the ginger, garlic, shallots, and shallots and set aside.
4.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the marinated herring cubes, and fry them on a low heat. Turn over after frying.
5.
After frying the yellow on both sides, add the onion, ginger, and garlic and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma.
6.
Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and cook for 1 minute, add appropriate amount of water, and add green onion knots.
7.
When the juice is about to boil dry, take out the green onion knots, take out the fish, add an appropriate amount of water starch and green onions, and pour it over the fish after it is cooked.
8.
It’s a catch. Today’s water starch is less, but it doesn’t affect much. The finished dishes are very tender and delicious.
