Braised Herring Section

1. The herring is cleaned and cut into sections, and marinated for a while with cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, green onion, ginger, garlic, and Sichuan pepper.

2. Heat the oil in the pot, add the marinated fish, and stir fry.

3. Add a little water, ketchup and rock sugar.
