Braised Hoof

Wash 1 hoof and blanch it with water.

Put water in a pot, add ginger and shallots and cook for 30 minutes, then remove and drain the water.

Fry in the pan.

Put the fried hoof into the pot, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, ginger and shallots, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and boiled for 30 minutes.
5.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
6.
Put it in a pressure cooker and add rock sugar.
7.
Start the cooking procedure for ribs.
8.
After the program ends, turn off the power and wait for the air in the pressure cooker to release before taking it out.
9.
Platter.
Tips:
This hoof rock candy is relatively salty and has a salty taste. If you like sweet rock candy, you can have more.
