Yam Hoof Soup

1. Prepare ingredients, trotters, yam, ginger, peppercorns

2. Pork trotters in a pot under cold water, boil to remove blood

3. Remove and clean

4. Yam peeled and cut into hob blocks

5. Put the trotters into the pot and add water

6. Add ginger cubes and peppercorns

7. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 1 and a half hours

8. When the time is up, add the yam and continue to cook for half an hour

9. You can put a little salt to taste after cooking
