Green Vegetables and Winter Melon Soup

                                Ingredients: hoof (washed and blanched), winter melon (peeled, washed and cut), green vegetables (washed)

                                Put the blanched hoofs into the pressure cooker, and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

                                Add some water.

                                Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, then turn off the heat.

                                Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

                                Then, add the cut winter squash, stir and boil for 2 minutes.

                                Then, add the washed vegetables, stir and bring to a boil, cook until the vegetables are dead.

                                Finally, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt.

                                Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

                                Season to mix well, and it's ok.
