Braised Hoof

Remove the inner bones from the hoof. (When buying, ask the merchant for help)

Wash and remove the remaining hair, put it in an iron pan, dry and scald the skin down-down.

Soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar, chicken essence, pepper, cooking wine make a juice.

Spread it evenly on the hoof.

Tightly roll inward and tie it up with rope.

After being boiled in the brine soup, soak for a few hours to make it more delicious. (Use a pressure cooker for faster)

When you eat it, slice it and serve it on a plate, and it will taste better with your favorite dipping sauce.
