Braised Intestines

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms.

Clean the fat intestines.
3.
Boil water in a pot.
4.
Take out the fatty intestines and put them into the pressure cooker.

Add green onion, ginger slices, garlic granules, dried red pepper, soaked shiitake mushrooms, Angelica dahurica, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon bark, grass fruit, grass korea, salt, sugar, thirteen spices, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and select the stew key. After it is done, continue to soak and marinate for a few hours, preferably for more than half a day, and then cut into pieces.
