The Japanese tofu itself is smooth, tender and delicious, and after a little processing, the fragrant braised Japanese tofu is made, and the children are all rushing to eat it.

Braised Japanese Tofu

1. 4 Japanese tofu, split into two sections from the middle

2. Pour out the tofu and cut into thick slices

3. Heat a pan, put a tablespoon of peanut oil to heat, then add Japanese tofu

4. Fry Japanese tofu until both sides are slightly yellowed, then add a little salt

5. Then add 1 tablespoon of dense braised sauce

6. Shake the tofu carefully, so that every piece of tofu is covered with the braised sauce. This braised sauce is inherently sweet, so there is no need for sugar.

7. Add chopped green garlic sprouts before serving
