Braised Japanese Tofu

Cut Japanese tofu into pieces.

Coat with flour.
3.
Deep-fry at 80% oil temperature until golden in appearance, remove and set aside

Saute the minced meat.
5.
Stir fry with green onion, ginger, garlic, add light soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, pour in a small bowl of water to make a sauce.
6.
Pour in Japanese-style tofu, add scallion powder and chicken essence, and collect the juice over high heat.
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Japanese tofu can be sliced a little thicker and should be stirred as little as possible when frying.
