Braised Japanese Tofu

The shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots can be cut with a knife for later use. First cut the Japanese tofu from the middle, slowly take it out and cut it into pieces. Cut some green onions and ginger for later.

Dip the chopped Japanese tofu with starch, fry it slightly in oil, and fry it until it is shaped and take out golden brown.

Put oil in the pan, add green onion and ginger until fragrant, add mushrooms and bamboo shoots and stir fry. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and season with a little salt.

Add water and cook until ripe.

Add Japanese tofu, continue for about 2 minutes, and collect the juice over high heat.

Thicken the gorgon, add a little chicken sugar before serving. Plate.
Tips:
1. In fact, adding some green pepper will make the color beautiful, but I didn't put it if I didn't like it, ha ha.
2. Tofu is fragile before being fried, so handle it gently.
