Braised Japanese Tofu

1. Japanese tofu diced

2. Chopped green onions

3. Dice tomatoes, garlic and ginger

4. Japanese tofu coated with starch

5. Deep fry

6. Fry until golden and remove

7. Saute tomatoes, garlic, and ginger in the pan until fragrant, add light soy sauce, oil, chicken essence, salt and soup to simmer
