Braised King Pleurotus with Sauce

Main ingredients: eryngii mushrooms, pepper sauce.

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into pieces with a hob.

Bring water to a boil and add pleurotus eryngii.

After cooking for 1 minute, remove the cold water.
5.
Heat oil and fry the scallions.
6.
Add eryngii mushrooms and stir well.

Add some pepper sauce.
8.
Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and a little salt to taste. Add a little water.
9.
Simmer for a while, then turn off the heat.
10.
Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Pleurotus eryngii is best blanched before roasting.
2. Because pepper sauce and oyster sauce have a salty taste, add less salt.
