Braised King Pleurotus with Sauce

Main and auxiliary ingredients: eryngii mushrooms, pepper sauce

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into pieces with a hob

Bring water to a boil, add eryngii mushrooms

After cooking for 1 minute, remove the cold water

Hot oil, sautéed chives

Add eryngii mushrooms and stir well

Add some pepper sauce

Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and a little salt to taste. Add a little water

Simmer for a little bit, then turn off the heat

Tips:
1. Pleurotus eryngii is best blanched before roasting.
2. Because pepper sauce and oyster sauce have a salty taste, add less salt.
