This is a dish cooked with "pepper sauce". Pleurotus eryngii was fried with crushed black pepper before, but after tasting the "pepper sauce", the taste of pepper sauce is indeed very good, especially when paired with eryngii , It tastes great.

Braised King Pleurotus with Sauce

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: eryngii mushrooms, pepper sauce

2. Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into pieces with a hob

3. Bring water to a boil, add eryngii mushrooms

4. After cooking for 1 minute, remove the cold water

5. Hot oil, sautéed chives

6. Add eryngii mushrooms and stir well

7. Add some pepper sauce

Tips:

1. Pleurotus eryngii is best blanched before roasting.
2. Because pepper sauce and oyster sauce have a salty taste, add less salt.
