Braised Lao Tofu with Black Bean Sauce

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the old tofu and cut into pieces.

Heat the peanut oil in a non-stick soup pot, then add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Put in the old tofu and fry slowly over medium heat, shaking the pot gently.

Prepare a bowl of broth. Turn on high heat and pour into the pot.

Bring the fire to a smolder for a few minutes.

Add fresh soy sauce.

A spoonful of tempeh.

Bring to medium heat until delicious. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Collect the juice over the fire.

Pour a little sesame oil in a bowl and sprinkle with minced green garlic.
Tips:
The broth is the big bone broth made by yourself without adding salt. If there is salt in the broth, there is no need to put salt in the tofu. No stock can be replaced with water.
