Braised Large Intestine

The main material is two large pig intestines. Add a teaspoon of alkali powder to wash.

Put water in the pot, put the large intestine in the water, cover tightly and cook for 20 minutes.

Scoop up the boiled large intestine and wash off the oil scum.

Prepare the marinated accessories.
