2 large intestines cooked in water

Tips:
1. There is a lot of fat in the head of the large intestine, so just add a little oil to the pan when frying.
2. You can stir the large intestines to remove the fat and serve, then brush the pot to get the oil again and stir-fry to prepare the dishes.
3. Adding some dark soy sauces when frying is better in color, but the amount must be small, otherwise the fried dishes will turn black and it will be counterproductive.
4. Don't over-fry the hot peppers, otherwise the color and taste will be unsatisfactory.
