Stir-fried Braised Intestines

Put the large intestine head clean and put it in the pressure cooker

Add star anise, ginger, garlic and tangerine peel
3.
Add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes. (Because there is a lot of water after intestinal washing, so you don't need to drain water)
4.
Let the boiled large intestine head cool and cut into small sections
5.
Cut ginger, onion, garlic and green pepper
6.
Put a little oil in the hot pan, and stir-fry the large intestine to get the oil
7.
When the surface of the large intestine head is browned, put the onion, ginger, and garlic into the pot
8.
Add the green pepper to the pot
9.
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and salt, stir-fry until the green peppers are broken
Tips:
1. When washing the head of the large intestine, you can first cut it into long sections, then rub it with flour and white vinegar and rinse with water. Wash the inside and outside 3 times and it will be very clean;
2. Because there is a lot of fat in the large intestine, it is enough to put a little oil in the pan when frying, and then stir-fry the oil in the intestine to reduce the greasiness.
